Fitness guidance and your starting point

PhysiqueOS provides general fitness and nutrition guidance. Written assessments, posing checkpoints, generated programs and AI observations are not medical examinations, diagnoses, treatment, rehabilitation prescriptions or clearance to exercise. They cannot determine safe loads, detect all injuries or replace an individualized assessment by a qualified professional.

Tell us about current restrictions and exercise only within limits agreed with your treating professional. Do not use a recording to test a painful, unstable, unfamiliar or restricted movement. Stop if symptoms develop. Chest pain, fainting, severe breathlessness or other urgent symptoms require prompt medical attention; contact local emergency services when appropriate. The app does not monitor emergencies.

Current programs are intended for adults. Minors, pregnancy or postpartum needs, active injury rehabilitation, eating-disorder concerns and conditions requiring clinical management need qualified individualized care rather than reliance on automated recommendations. Nutrition targets and food costs are estimates; verify allergens, ingredients and labels yourself. Results are not guaranteed.

What video analysis actually does

Premium AI video is awaiting provider configuration and validation. An optional on-device preview estimates landmarks from selected frames. Image-plane movement spans depend on camera angle, visibility and recording quality. They are not clinical range-of-motion measurements, strength tests, body-fat estimates or injury findings. A poor recording should yield no conclusion.

The premium provider flow uses six sampled frames and a synchronized written assessment; it does not continuously interpret every moment of a clip. Reports are preliminary and marked for review. They do not automatically change your program. AI can miss important details or produce incorrect observations.

Media, privacy and review

The app keeps a selected raw clip on the device until cleared or the page is closed. On-device model downloads contact Google and jsDelivr. The app does not send the raw clip to its cloud account storage. Saving a numeric summary stores it with your assessment and may synchronize it to your account.

A separate explicit consent is required before six sampled frames and written answers are sent through the backend to OpenAI. API processing uses store:false, but provider abuse-monitoring retention may still apply; this is not a zero-retention service. The resulting report and consent record are stored in your account. Authorized owner/staff access is controlled by account permissions; staff review availability is not guaranteed merely because a report exists.

Avoid unnecessary medical identifiers and do not include other people in recordings. Clear the local clip after use. Account tools provide export and deletion-request options; deletion is reviewed operationally, not an instant verified erasure of every system or backup.

Independent coach workspaces

A coach workspace is separate from individual subscriptions. An invited client must confirm the inviting coach/workspace and explicitly consent before relevant fitness profile, written assessment, recent check-ins and workout history are shared. This permission does not share private support, billing, other staff notes or your photo gallery. Only one customer coach workspace can be active per client in the current version.

Included Core access depends on an active seat and workspace membership. Leaving, archiving or expiry ends sponsored access and live sharing; an independent individual membership is preserved. Workspace plans, notes and conversations remain under the account retention process, and archiving is not erasure. Coaches remain responsible for qualifications, permissions and individualized review. Written coach instructions do not automatically replace app programs or provide medical clearance. Coach membership pricing and paid enrollment are not activated.

Beta and billing

Paid enrollment remains closed pending launch testing. Experimental features may be unavailable or change. A listed plan does not promise an unactivated feature, continuous monitoring, medical care or a human coach unless a specific service is expressly offered and staffed. Future billing terms must show recurring price, renewal frequency, cancellation and any proration before payment. Mandatory consumer rights are not waived.

For account or privacy questions, use the signed-in support tools. Final business terms and privacy policy must be approved and published before public paid launch. These disclosures are not a substitute for those policies.
